  • Chop five yolks with salt, add to them vanillin (to taste), one and a half glasses of sugar and ground cardamom.
  • Five whites whisk in a steep foam with a mixer or a kitchen spoon.
  • When the opara is doubled, it should be combined with prepared foods and 500 grams of flour.
  • Knead the dough and put it back in a warm place. When it rises again, add crushed candied fruits and washed raisins to it.
  • Lubricate the oil cake molds and lay them, if necessary, with parchment. After that, lay out the dough. Please note that it must fill the form only halfway. Cover each blank with a napkin and wait until the dough rises to three quarters.
  • Lubricate the custard with whipped egg yolk and put them in a preheated oven for one hour.

Pancakes bake in a heated frying pan, and then serve them to the table with your favorite additive.

Opara for home-made bread

What can be more delicious than a fragrant fresh bread made by yourself! This time we want to tell you how to make a delicious dough, which will be based on the opara. Recipe:

  • Spoon a teaspoonful of yeast in 200 ml of warm water and add to it 200 grams of flour. Thoroughly mix the ingredients, cover the opaque with a film and leave overnight in a warm place.
  • To make a dough, you will need to mix the prepared spoon with 250 grams of sifted flour, 100 ml of water, a teaspoon of salt and a teaspoon of dry yeast.
  • Knead the dough with a bread maker, combine harvester, mixer or manually. After that, leave it for 20 - 30 minutes, covered with a towel.
  • Form a ball or loaf from the dough, sprinkle it with whole- meal, put on baking paper and leave for another hour.
  • Turn on the oven and put the dishes with water on the bottom. On the bread make cuts and transfer it together with the parchment on the baking tray.
