It is difficult now to say who exactly or even what people first thought of making an omelet. The name of this dish is French. If we are preparing a French omelet in a microwave oven, the recipe allows you to add to the list of ingredients Bulgarian pepper, green peas, tomatoes, hard cheese, ham. Blend well with a fork. This must be done to ensure that the eggs are not "shot" in the microwave. We put the unit on 700 W and bake a minute. Then we mix it thoroughly again. And again we bake a minute.

Frittata

The Italian lush omelet in the microwave recipe suggests making with lots of vegetables, but without the addition of milk. Traditionally, fritata is fried in a frying pan, and in the oven is brought to the ready. The microwave oven will allow us to simplify the task.
