Much depends on the mother. She should give the child much attention, while responding to all his "requests" and desires, to follow changes in the behavior of the child, to communicate with him and talk more. It is necessary to constantly improve the conditions of sleep: to ventilate the room, moisten the air, comfortably equip the crib, making it warm and beautiful. In the period of falling asleep, you can turn on the night light, turn on soft music or sing a lullaby.

Experts advise to establish a clear ritual of immersion in a dream and follow it every day without disturbance. So, evening bathing and dressing in pajamas every day will remind the baby that after these procedures you need to sleep. In addition, it is better to put the child around at the same time, so that he does not accidentally confuse the day with the night.
