Gates and front door

The wooden carved door is magnificent: the entire front door is covered with vegetable-fruit ornament, garlands, it is with a meander belt and a cartouche. A very important element of the composition is the courtyard gate that separates it from the street. The cast-iron grate has a unique and mysterious design, but it is an obvious example of the St. Petersburg style: the fluttering ends of a wide ribbon seem to embrace other elements of the decor - garlands, flower vases, torches.

Interior

The playground on the second floor is conceived in the form of a small balcony, which is decorated with a fireplace in marble. The abundance of curvilinear elements makes one recall the modern style, although, of course, it is only echoes of it. In the years of the revolution, some of the author's interiors were lost, and in the 90s almost everything else collapsed. It is a great joy that now the whole mansion was bought out by the construction trust, which has the opportunity, at least approximately, to return the former decent form to the building. The fireplace has already been restored, many interiors have been restored according to the documentation found.

Way to the fireplace

As if the lateral staircase flowing into the second area leads from the arch to the front door, the main one, suddenly expanding the space almost to the limit. On the main staircase you can go up to the second floor where the fireplace is located. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail, the interiors do not get tired of surprising. Even a beautiful large mirror above the fireplace, reflecting both the opposite wall and the vault, pushes the boundaries, and this illusiveness does not immediately return sight to reality.

Here is one of the warmest and cozy rooms of the mansion - a fireplace room. The interior is luxurious - magnificent parquet, wooden antique furniture, amazing decor of huge windows: heavy dark green with gold curtains, tulle, lambrequins. On the walls - hunting trophies. Each element has a special attitude and impeccable taste. The area of the hall is 68 square meters, capacity - up to 50 people.

Big hall

This is the most spacious, most solemn, truly royal - with gold and purple - the room of the mansion, where lavish banquets are held. A large hall of 95 square meters accommodates 120 people.
