Modern youth through the eyes of the Muscovites

Modern youth ... what kind is it? Every day, we can observe different situations in which the younger generation figures in one way or another and, despite everything, we can draw the appropriate conclusions.

With the question of the attitude towards modern youth, I turned to the Muscovites to find out how much the inhabitants of our city believe in modern youth, in its ability to change our country for the better. Respondents were asked questions like: "What do you think about modern youth? "And" can, in your opinion, the current youth change our state? ". The age of the respondents ranged from 16 to 60 years, that is, people from different generations answered the questions. Paradoxically, in my opinion, it was that older people spoke about modern youth, in general, kind words, and the young generation about their peers gave negative feedback.

In general, people of the older generation, said that the modern youth, in particular the young people of Moscow, are active, moving forward, is making progress thanks to their knowledge. For example, Marina Ivanovna, a pensioner, called the youth beautiful, such that she knows how to emphasize her best aspects. Regarding the changes of the state, the woman noticed that modern youth can make our state better, but this, first of all, depends on the person. If young people have goals that are capable, intelligent, then it is able to do good to their homeland.

With the younger generation, the matter was somewhat different. For example, Lisa (18 years old) believes that the modern youth, to which she also owns herself, who achieves her own, but does it not in very honest and decent ways, that is, speaking in conversational language, "goes head and shoulders". As to whether modern youth can change our state, the girl gives a categorical answer - No !. Girls Ekaterina and Nastya (both of 16) consider modern youth to be extreme, such that they want to get the maximum of adrenaline, however, as we know, each way of receiving it is different. Other respondents called modern youth somewhat vulgar, such that they do not know how to behave. When asked about the changes in the state, all responded negatively. Even in antiquity, the philosopher Socrates spoke of youth as follows: "Today's children love luxury; They are poorly educated, do not respect the authorities, do not respect the elders, preferences are given not by occupation, but by chatter .. Children are now tyrants, and not servants in the house. They no longer get up when the elders come in. They talk to parents, gossip with peers, eat sweets at dinner, sit with their legs crossed, and scoff at their teachers. " Not one millennium has passed, but the situation has not changed. Perhaps, not the people themselves, but their values, have changed?

First of all, what will be the younger generation depends on education and environment. In a family that cares about the comprehensive development of the child and provides appropriate benefits, a person grows who has specific goals, respects other people, but this is not always the case. You can recall the so-called "majors", "golden youth". They lack any moral principles, everything revolves around money and what can be bought for them. Many people have heard about such a phenomenon as street racing, i.e. Driving at a crazy speed. In general, this is characteristic of the "golden youth", which has parents "from the top", which cover the adventures of their beloved children.

So all the young people need to be shy? In my opinion, no, because there are young people who take an active part in public life, make the lives of others interesting.

All of the above said suggests that young people are trying to change the future, but not always give it to fully make their own shortcomings, as well as people who want to manage a people who are not able to adequately assess the order in a state that is easier to manage. Therefore, it is necessary, first of all, to educate People in themselves with a capital letter, then everything will be fine in our life.
