Take a pound of chicken liver, two sweet peppers, two onions, salt, pepper, five tablespoons of tomato paste. You will need two frying pans. On one of them you will roast the liver, carefully washed beforehand. On the other frying pan, it is necessary to fry the onions (cut into half rings) with pepper (straw). All this needs to be salted, peppered and at the end mixed with tomato paste. The dish will be ready when you combine the contents of the two pans.

But the liver fried with onions, orange juice and cognac will amaze the imagination of even the most fastidious gourmets. You need to buy 400 grams of veal liver, one orange, three onions. You will also need 20 grams of cognac, one teaspoon of mint and Origano, olive oil and salt with pepper. After you treat the liver, it must be cut into pieces, onions - half rings. And squeeze out the orange juice from the orange. So, in a frying pan you should pour a little olive oil, then put the liver in it and fry it until a brownish crust forms. Then you can add onions there, wait a bit. The next step is pour cognac into the frying pan, and let the liver boil for about three minutes.
