The replacement of traditional tea can easily become lime tea during pregnancy. The fact is that lime inflorescences contain vitamin C, flavonoids and saponins, which have a beneficial effect on the general strengthening of immunity. For future mothers with a mild cold, it is better to drink a cup of lime hot infusion with honey than, possibly, expose the baby to any danger by using unsafe medicines. Also with young children: if the baby has gotten wet feet or frozen at a walk - it is better to cook him a lime tea. Preparation

Dry flowers are placed in a ceramic or faience brewer with fairly thick walls, pour hot (up to 90-95 C) water. Tightly closed and wrapped with a towel or put in a warm place for 17-20 minutes. You can drink this tea on your own, with sugar or honey, or you can even add this infusion to your usual black tea.
