Many believe that as far as the infrastructure is equipped, apartments in the neighborhood will only go up. Some people are attracted by the proximity of the ski slopes, because in winter you can ski there. Athletes will feel here like a fish in the water.

But some of the potential customers are still wary of the possibility of purchasing housing in Pyatirechye. In their opinion, there is a risk that the local communication system can not withstand the load that will provoke the erection of the object on an area of 19 hectares. Also, the lack of a school and a kindergarten is currently causing dissatisfaction (these facilities will be built in the future). And the construction of the educational institution is scheduled only for the V stage. This means that until that moment children will have to be transported to other schools, which creates inconvenience.
