  • A few medium-sized potatoes (3-4);
  • 1 spoon (large) of Adzhika and tomato paste;
  • Salt and pepper, greens.

Meat lamb or beef wash, a little dry. Cut into pieces. Carrots clean and chop fine strips. With a bow remove the husks and chop it into half rings. Garlic and peel the garlic finely.
