The main components of this coating are nitrocellulose, alkyd resin and plasticizers. To give the color mixture a certain color, various pigments and special fillers are added to it. The obtained composition belongs to the category of high-quality coatings, which fully comply with international and domestic standards.

There is an official document regulating the recipe and technology, according to which the manufacturer manufactures enamel НЦ-132 - GOST 6631-74. Products that meet the requirements set out in it, retains its original quality for two years and can be used for painting surfaces both outside and inside the premises.

Basic properties

To understand what distinguishes this product from other similar materials, you should consider what special qualities the coloring composition of NT-132 (enamel) has.

5. In compositions of red color, the mass fraction of non-volatile substances is from 25 to 35%. In other colors, this figure is 34-40%.

The consumption of enamel НЦ-132 depends on the method of its application and varies from 30-120 g / m². Also, this indicator varies depending on the number of layers of the coating. In the case of natural wood, more paint is required, since its porous structure almost completely absorbs the first layer, which is why the treatment is carried out several times.

Scope of application

For painting products made of fresh wood, exploited in harsh climatic conditions, the optimal option will be the protective coating of NT-132. Enamel of this type differs excellent adhesion to concrete and pre-primed metal surfaces, which are subjected to great mechanical stress.

This material has been actively used in decorative processing of facades, finishing surfaces in rooms with high humidity and anti-corrosion treatment of metal products used in everyday life and at work.

Paint application

To date, there are two varieties of this enamel, which differ in the application method. The coating, marked НЦ-132К, is applied to the surface with the help of a normal brush, and for the compositions of НЦ-132П the spraying method is used.

Before embarking on painting, the surface should be cleaned of dust, dirt, rust and other debris. If processed metal products, they are pre-primed. In the case of wood, this work can not be performed.

As the primer, the enamel НЦ-132 (gray, white or other soft colors), diluted with a solvent in a ratio of 5: 1, can be used. After the prepared surface completely dries, you can start painting it.

The mixture is well kneaded, the thick upper film is removed and applied by any chosen method (depending on the type of enamel). After applying the first layer, wait 2-2.5 hours and start to re-work the surface. When the protective coating is completely dry, it can be polished.

Cost

With an abundance of positive qualities, the НЦ-132 enamel has a fairly democratic value. Compositions, poured into small containers, have a price tag of up to 400 rubles per 2 liters. Paintwork products, sold in large barrels (more than 10 liters), have a lower cost, starting from 100 rubles per liter.
