The investigation into the case was "shaky, not enough" for several months, during which Elena Ivanovna lost her last strength. During interrogations, other employees, girls from the investigative department, often visited the premises. They shared with Marina their personal problems, complained about the difficult relationship with their men, completely ignoring the present victim here. But at the present time the confrontations turned into confrontations for the woman with the defendants, on which Marina sometimes forgot about her presence:

The judge did not allow Yuri to present the supporting documents, and the representative of the FSIN hid that Elena Ivanovna gave them such documents. In the conviction, it was written that Yuri repeatedly violated the order of serving punishment, was not on registration and "did not submit any supporting documents." At the same time, according to the statement of the "duty" lawyer D. Chalov, no documents confirming the violation of the regime were provided to the court, only the oral statements of the applicants.
"How come, how did it happen, I raised money," Elena Ivanovna repeated like a spell. She just met with Judge Yakhontov, who could not explain intelligently what kind of social danger Yuri represents to isolate him from society for 1.5 years. The judge, without hesitation in expressions, nagged Elena Ivanovna and actually drove her out of the courthouse.
Where to go, whom to contact? - Elena Ivanovna hired a lawyer who drafted a cassation appeal to the Krasnodar Regional Court. The lawyer stated that the district court had completely falsified the case, without presenting any evidence confirming the violation of the criminal punishment regime. Therefore, the mother took him for treatment in Belarus and notified the FSIN about this. In addition, Yuri's minor son of 2001 r. And it does not represent a social danger. Then the prosecutor acted, categorically expressing disagreement with the lawyer.
Judges: middle-aged man and two women. In their eyes - indifference and complete detachment from what is happening. Show them even a drop of attention, even a drop of compassion for the fate of a barely alive guy, his son and his mother, then, perhaps, the humanity, openness in their gaze and actions, has awakened. And not always money is the yardstick of acquittal, sometimes it is enough just conscience and judicial honor.
But, as it turned out, the judge's decision had already been taken the day before. Without any explanation, evidence and information provided by a lawyer at the trial.
The whole trial lasted 10-15 minutes. Having briefly conferred behind closed doors, the judges came out and cheerfully announced that the verdict had been left unchanged.
How to understand this action? After all, according to the DTV show how the evidence is examined, the parties and witnesses are heard. And here? The lawyer did not require documents to be read. Do not ask, well, at least for the sake of decency, how does Yuri feel in places of detention in the present? But he is in IR-4, constantly complains of headaches. Otherwise, as such "cave", "barbarous", such justice can not be called.
