Is it worth to cook a burger at home? This traditional dish of American fast food from nutritionists and cooks, as a rule, causes all sorts of ridicule and censure. However, the burger, despite its high calorie content, deserves attention. So, we'll choose a classic recipe. Burger is, first of all, a cutlet. And it is prepared from pure meat without eggs, bread, onions and other various flavors. The only additional ingredient in the burger cutlet is butter, which gives it juiciness. For the dietary option, instead of butter in ground meat, add ground ice. Meat for cutlets must necessarily be lean (approximately 80% of pulp and 20% fat) and very high quality. We make minced meat from it, turning it through a meat grinder. Then we start to shake it well, so that the stuffing is saturated with oxygen and turned into a lush, homogeneous mass. We add oil or ice, once again mix everything and form a cutlet. It is best to bake it on the grill, but you can and in the pan.

Now proceed to another important element of burger - buns. To save time, you can take a ready-made American bun, or two slices of wheat bread (for example, ciabatta, French baguette, etc.). It is important to keep a classic recipe. The burger consists of wheat bread without any additional flavor additives that can spoil the taste of the meat cutlet. Halved buns or bread browned on a grill or frying pan on one side a little less than the other. We spread the halves of the bread with the toasted side facing upwards - this will be the inner side, and grease them with sauce.

To prepare the sauce, you can choose any recipe. Burger in American style will perfectly complement the salsa sauce, for lovers of oriental or Caucasian cuisine, one of the Chinese or traditional Caucasian sauces will do. You can prepare the liquid seasoning yourself, mixing, for example, mayonnaise, ketchup and soy sauce, or add honey and soy sauce to the mustard. The lower layer of bread is greased with sauce and we put a cutlet on it. On top, lay out another necessary ingredient burger - plastic cheddar cheese. The thickness of cheese plastic should be such that it, having melted on hot meat, did not flow. From the top on a layer of cheese we spread out slices of vegetables (tomatoes, fresh or pickled cucumbers, zucchini and zucchini), and on vegetables a thin juicy plastic of slightly toasted bacon. For the second half of the bread we spread the leaves of the lettuce. We combine the two halves of the bun, and sprinkle them with sesame seeds, which are also one of the classic ingredients of this dish.

How to cook burger in French? This is a closed snack sandwich, which, unlike the American, can consist of a wide variety of layers. For example, such a recipe: a burger with a puff pastry base.

Finished defrosted puff pastry cut into squares or diamonds, grease them with beaten yolk, top with sprinkled grated cheese and put in the oven for baking. We put tomatoes and cucumbers cut into slices on cooled puffed squares, we put plastic of lean boiled meat on top (you can have ham) and a piece of soft hot cheese. We close the top sandwich with a second layered square. If you want to make a French burger more juicy, add a small amount of sauce to the vegetable layer, which is prepared from a spoon of French mustard mixed with a drop of lemon juice, honey and olive oil. That's all.

French burgers are served with wine. Classic American can be supplemented with beer.
