Italian pizza is a dish that is loved all over the world. Of course, at home it's difficult to make this dish exactly the same as in traditional restaurants, however, even the hand-made pizza is very tasty.

A properly prepared Italian pizza dough is half the success!

For the test, you need: a pack of dry yeast (about 7-10 grams), a glass of warm water, 350 grams. Wheat flour, 1 tbsp. Spoon of olive oil, sugar and salt. In a deep cup, pour out water, fill it with sugar and yeast, mix and allow to stand for a quarter of an hour. In the same bowl, in small portions, sprinkle sifted flour, add oil and put salt. Stir to not have lumps (you can blender), and then spread it on the table and mix with hands, pre-sprinkled with flour. They roll it into a bowl, put it in a bowl and leave it to rise. Approximately in half an hour it is mixed with flour again and rolled out into a thin circle of about half a centimeter. Everything, the dough is ready. Now you can start preparing the filling.

For the filling it will be required: 100 gr. Cheese mozzarella (it is possible and another, but this is best suited for pizza and spreads when heated), 50 gr. Parmesan cheese, 400 gr. Fresh tomatoes, a couple tablespoons of dry or fresh basil and as much tomato paste, a little olive oil, a couple cloves of garlic, salt and pepper. From the prepared test roll a circle and spread it on a greased baking sheet. Garlic finely chopped and piled in a frying pan. There, too, cut tomatoes and olive oil cut into rings. Fry on the fire for 10 minutes, trying to keep the tomatoes their shape, salt and lightly pepper. At the end add the tomato paste, mix, give sauce a little to cool and apply it to the base. Sprinkle with two kinds of cheese and bake at 220 degrees in the oven for about a quarter of an hour.

Original Italian pizza: recipe with anchovies

For the filling it will take: half a kilo of fresh tomato, a teaspoon of oregano, 50 grams of anchovies, olive oil, pepper and 200-300 grams. Cheese mozzarella. Anchovies are cleaned and washed, the bones are removed from them and cut into pieces. A pan or a frying pan is lubricated and a rolled out dough cake is put there. Lubricate the base with olive oil and spread on it a filling - slices of anchovies and circles of tomato. Sprinkle the filling with salt, pepper, oregano and grated cheese and put in the oven for 20 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees.

Italian pizza: a recipe with mushrooms and ham

To prepare a filling for this pizza-assortment you need to take: half a glass of tomato paste, 2/3 tbsp. Spoons seasoning oregano, salt, 250 gr. Cheese mozzarella and 50 gr. Parmesan, a pound of tomatoes, ground pepper, sweet Bulgarian pepper, a dozen fresh champignons, a teaspoon of fresh or dried basil and 0.1 kg of ham. Pepper is washed to remove the seeds from it and cut into thin rings. The ham is cut into slices 2-3 cm long, and the tomatoes are cut into thick slices. Prepared dough spread on a baking sheet, smear it with tomato paste, sprinkle oregano and 1/3 of grated cheese mozzarella. Then spread the filling on it with layers. First go the tomatoes, then the sweet pepper, another 1/3 of the cheese, the mushrooms, sliced, the remains of mozapella, ham, parmesan, pepper and basil. If desired, a layer of tomatoes or mushrooms can be salted.

Filling - 3 tomatoes, a dozen champignons, 200 grams. Ham and mozzarella cheese, 3 large spoons of tomato paste. Champignons cut along for 2-3 parts, tomatoes - thick rings, and ham stripes. The base is greased with tomato paste and olive oil (if desired) and filled with tomatoes, mushrooms and ham. Salt, lightly pepper and sprinkle with plenty of cheese.
