How to prepare lemonade at home

Lemonade, which came to us from France, is a drink, the main ingredient of which is lemon juice or a tincture from it. Over time, cooks began to use and other components for the preparation of this drink, for example, various berry juices, extracts and stuff. Before you prepare lemonade, you must remember that it can be carbonated and without gases. At home, most often a non-carbonated refreshing drink is prepared, which tones well on a summer day. And to enhance its refreshing properties, it is poured into tall glasses, into which ice cubes are first put.

Many are wondering how to prepare lemonade at home. Here you can use the classic recipe for its preparation. To do this, take lemon peel, previously insisted on alcohol, water, turmeric, sugar and saffron. All the ingredients are mixed and put in a cold place for ten hours. The finished drink is poured into glasses, adding there crushed ice.

Instead of sugar, you can use sweet syrup mixed with lemon juice, and instead of regular water - mineral or carbonated water. Mint or ginger is also often added here.

Let's look at some examples of how to make lemonade.

1. Homemade lemonade.

Ingredients: three lemons, one orange, four tablespoons of sugar, seven hundred grams of hot water.

Citrus fruits must be washed and cleaned. Put the zedra in a bowl, add freshly squeezed fruit juice , sugar and water. Mix well and leave for ten hours in a cool place. After a time in the drink add one spoonful of sugar, strain it through gauze and cool it. Serve to the table, previously diluted with soda.

2. How to prepare lemonade with mint and ginger.

Ingredients: six lemons, one lime, one glass of sugar, one liter of water, an incomplete spoon of ginger, mint.

Three lemons need to be washed, peeled and chopped into a peel into which juice, sugar and ginger are added, a hundred grams of water, everything is mixed and left in a cool place for eight hours.

In the dishes mix lime juice, mint, fifty grams of sugar, and then filter and add to lemonade. Before feeding, dilute with water.

3. How to make lemonade in Hungarian.

Ingredients (per serving): seven cherries, one spoonful of powdered sugar, fifty grams of ice cream, one hundred grams of soda. In the glasses, the edges of which are sprinkled with powder, cherries are laid without pits, on top of them - ice cream, everything is filled with sparkling water.

4. Mint lemonade.

Ingredients: three spoons of sliced mint leaves, juice of two lemons, three spoons of sugar, six glasses of prepared lemonade, pieces of ice, slices of lemon.

In a large glass put mint leaves. The lemon zest is cooked for five minutes in two glasses of water, filter and add juice and sugar to the liquid. This pour mint and leave for one hour in a cold place. After a while, the drink is mixed with the prepared lemonade and poured into glasses with ice, adorned with lemon wedges and a sprig of mint.

5. How to make lemonade "Sunny"

Ingredients: five lemons, limes and oranges, three liters of water, two glasses of sugar, crushed ice.
