Such vitamin reserves will please and saturate all family members in the winter. Raspberry compote is an excellent solution. In the recipe for compote of raspberries for the winter include only three ingredients: raspberries, water and sugar. Try to buy only the freshest berries. Use only those packagings that do not have any flaws: chips, cracks, incomprehensible spots that can not be washed. Now jars and lids should be thoroughly washed, and if the dirt is strong, use baking soda. Now you can proceed to the next stage - sterilization of the container.

Sterilization

Compote of raspberries for the winter does not require sterilization, it is enough to use only sterile caps and jars. For a large container it is better to use the oven - so you can prepare several cans in a short time, and there will not be a couple of boiling water in your kitchen (and in the heat of it you do not want to).

Place the cans (3 liters) on the grate in the oven with a throat to the top, and next to or below lay the lids (inside up). If the lids with elastic bands, then they need to be sterilized separately, because in the oven rubber will become worthless, but you can prepare the twists so.

Turn the oven on 180 degrees and leave sterilized three-liter container for 25 minutes. For cans of 2 liters 20 is enough, and for liter 15 minutes. After letting the jars cool down, do not remove them from the oven.

Close the compote

The lid should not allow air to pass through, and the syrup should not flow. If the check is successful, wrap the cans with a blanket or warm clothes for a day, and all jars should be turned upside down.
