Otherwise, vitamin losses will become much more palpable.

Naturally, before preparing smoothies at home, all the fruits must be carefully washed. Remember that heat treatment is not expected, which means that in order to avoid stomach upset the flushing should be especially thorough. If you enter in your smoothies unsatisfactory fruit, dilute it with cream, yogurt, milk, water or juice (it is better to use wrung out one's own hand). Solid vegetables (for example, beets or carrots) before cutting into a blender will be reasonably cut. The most successful smoothies at home are obtained from a combination of vegetables and fruits with dense flesh and especially juicy fruits and berries.

Varieties of smoothies

The first of them is refreshing drinks. They are always made without sugar, and to prevent too much sour drinking, combine the sweet components with sour. For example, a banana with a juicy black currant. It turns out very easy smoothies. How to make it less sweet, if you really got a really sugary currant? Add the juice of an orange or lemon.

The next species is satiating. Such smoothies should be extremely dense, almost reach the consistency of mashed potatoes. You can add eggs and some nourishing ingredients - the same nuts or muesli.

Dessert smoothies, of course, sweet. To increase the sweetness in them add chocolate, sugar, honey, peanut butter.

Smoothies for breakfast

If you foresee something significant at least for dinner, a puree beverage may well replace the first meal. It remains an open question about how to make smoothies, suitable for nutrition for breakfast. As an option, you can consider "sticks" with oat and mango. For her, you need to take 150 ml of yogurt (necessarily natural, and only fat and taste choose yourself), 1 mango fruit and 2 large spoons of oatmeal (or other oat flakes of instant cooking). Further everything is simple: yogurt poured flakes, insisted about half an hour before softening and beaten with a blender along with the mango cut into pieces and pitted. If the weather is hot, you can add ice.

Not bad for breakfast and smoothies with muesli. The latter, in fact, and so many are eaten in the morning. We just offer a more delicious option. Preparation smoothies is similar to the previous recipe: a glass of yogurt (for this dish - low-fat) is beaten with half a glass of strawberries and the same volume of milk. Muesli, preferably with nuts and raisins, is poured with a mixture - and please eat.

Green smoothies

It will take: half a banana, one peach, one mango fruit, a handful of spinach, half a cup of water. We remove the bones from the peach and mango, we clean the banana, wash the spinach. All the ingredients are piled in a blender and beat well.

With milk

Smooths with milk have a unique taste! They can be made sweet or neutral, both hearty and light. With milk, this gracious drink used as a basis, you can truly do wonders. Also yoghurts of all kinds, and matzoni, and other dairy products can be used with might and main to make smoothies. The only point that must be taken into account when preparing drinks with a dairy base is that the milk usually turns from combining it with acidic ingredients. Therefore, sweet or neutral components should be used.

Invigorating coffee-chocolate

We will need: one banana, a cup of strong coffee, 50 grams of bitter chocolate, a teaspoon of sugar, half a glass of milk, cardamom and nutmeg - to taste. Three chocolate on a grater, a banana is cleaned and chopped. We put everything in a blender, add the rest of the ingredients, whisk.

With egg, apple and carrots

Raw eggs are a good source of energy for the whole day. The main thing is to make sure they are fresh. It is also recommended to wash the shell thoroughly before breaking the egg into a blender. This will protect against pathogens that can be found on fresh eggs. Some use quail. They are even more useful and tasty. But they need more for making a drink. We need: two apples, one chicken or three quail eggs, three carrots, 0.5 cups of mineral unsalted water, two oranges. Oranges are cleaned, apples are cut. Carrots are cleaned and cut as small as possible. Mix all the ingredients in the blender, drive in the same eggs. If necessary (for liquefaction) we add mineral water. Beat. Wonderful and healthy drink is ready!
