First, take 1 kg of yeast and 7 kg of granulated sugar. We pour into this mixture 24 liters of filtered water (it is recommended not to use tap water, because it contains disinfecting impurities that adversely affect yeast).
All the ingredients are thoroughly mixed in a large container (a container with a lid should be used), and it is put to a source of heat. Once in two days (and possibly less), you should open the lid and mix the contents well, so that the braga quickly gets rid of carbon dioxide. For cooking, we need:

- 1 kg of yeast;

- 10 l of apple juice, preferably sweet apple varieties ;

- 10 liters of filtered water.
