Try to start to rest and find a new job. Of course, if you worked in this organization for at least six months and have not been on vacation this year.

The administration does not have the right to refuse you. You can spend leave on dismissal as you see fit, but do not forget that until the last day of vacation, you are still an employee of the organization from which you want to quit. Even if you are afraid to stay without a source of income and do not have a cash reserve, which by tradition in our country is called "reserve for a rainy day," allow yourself a little rest. Buy a short tour or spend a week at a holiday home. Perhaps during this time you will be able to restore your strength and look at the situation in a new way.

After rest, if you are still sure that your life needs changes, start looking for a new job. Do not forget that you are still a member of the firm when using the vacation you laid out on dismissal, so by sending summaries and participating in interviews, you can safely say that you are working and are looking for more profitable offers. This will raise your status in the eyes of a potential employer. Yes, you and yourself will feel more confident.

As a rule, the search for a new job can lead to two variants of the development of events. For example, you can understand that the previous job was beautiful, and all problems at work are small and unworthy of your attention. In this case, you can go to your supervisor and withdraw the application for dismissal. We will remind you once again that you can do this until the date when you leave on dismissal ends and in the event that a new employee is not accepted to your place. If the place is already occupied, then the manager can offer you another vacant position in this company, or you still have to return to finding a new job.

The second scenario may be more optimistic. You will find a new excellent workplace and in the future you can tell friends and acquaintances that you have been helped in this matter by a vacation with subsequent dismissal and knowledge of the Labor Code.

It is knowledge of the laws that will help those who have long planned to change their activities and would like to correctly use their legal leave in the year of dismissal.

In this case, it should be remembered that for each worked year you are entitled to leave. Divide it by 12 months a year, and multiply the number by the number of months worked this year. You will get the duration of the vacation, which you can count on in the year of dismissal.
