A white ticket is the dream of almost every modern guy between the ages of 18 and 27, because even the children heard rumors about disorders in the army today. What is the risk of "white-litters"?

It should be remembered that for illegally obtaining a white ticket a person bears criminal responsibility under Article 290 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, as well as the recipient of a bribe. Sometimes those who are exempt from service can not obtain a driver's license, a visa to some countries and the right to bear arms (including hunting).
