Sample application for study leave: basic rules for drafting a document

For its compilation, it is necessary to know all the subtleties and nuances of this issue.

Primary requirements

Before making a sample application for study leave, a career specialist should remember that for the purpose of this option of absence in the workplace is "targeted" and is not given at all for recreation. By the way, only a permanent employee can get it. Persons providing services under civil law contracts, or part-time employees are deprived of such an opportunity.

In addition, the sample application for study leave may be needed only for those students who plan to study in institutions that have state accreditation, for the first time receive education of this level. The rest will have to resolve these issues with their management or use personal labor rest for the exams.

Otherwise, both documents can be considered invalid, and the employee faces a justified refusal from the leadership.

Paid holiday

For the entire period, the employee is legally retained his workplace. In addition, for the specified days he is charged on the basis of the average wage. This work is performed by the accountant, guided by the Russian Government's Decree No. 922 of December 24, 2007. Under the law, the employee must notify the employer in advance of the impending absence. To do this, he must write an application for paid study leave. A sample of it must contain in the main part clearly expressed requirements regarding the cause, term and payment. At the same time, the "cap", applications and signatures remain the same.

The phrase may look like this: "Please grant me an additional leave from April 3, 2016 with the preservation of the average earnings lasting 20 (twenty) calendar days for the next passing of the intermediate certification on the 2nd course (indicate the name of the university)." Next, you need to specify the date and number of the "help-call" as a documentary confirmation of the request. After the corresponding calculations, the accrued amount must be paid to the employee three days before the start of the holiday.

Document processing

In order not to overshadow the upcoming examinations, students should clearly understand how to properly write an application for study leave. In this, they will be assisted by a human resources officer. In principle, the document should look like an ordinary statement. In the "cap", as a rule, the position is indicated, as well as the name. The head of the company and the employee himself. Further after the word "statement" you need to clearly formulate the request. In this part, the name of the educational institution and the period during which the employee plans to be absent from the workplace must be indicated.

The application in the form of "certificate" from the university will confirm his words. Without this important document, the application will not even be considered. In most cases, it is enough to simply resolve the head.
