The fire should be average, so that the liquid from the mushrooms could evaporate. In this case, they can be evenly fried. Once the mushrooms are lightly browned, reduce the heat and pour rice into the cauldron. Pour all the water so that it was above the surface of rice for 1-2 cm. Close the lid with a lid and bring it over to a low heat. Thanks to the fact that you dipped the rice in advance, it will take you about 20 minutes. All this time, pilaf with mushrooms should in no case be mixed. After the due time, open the lid and check the water level and the degree of rice availability.
