The easiest and most accessible way

To make a small sandwich, we will need:

  • Butter - about 75 g;
  • Bread black - 1 loaf;
  • Herring slightly salted - 1 small carcass (boneless);
  • Any fresh herbs for decoration.

Cooking process

To make a sandwich, the black bread should be cut into slices no more than one centimeter thick, and then lightly dry it in the oven. Then the product must be completely cooled. After that, each piece should be smeared with fresh butter, and on top put the fillet of herring, previously cut into slices.
