  • Horseradish root - 1 kg;
  • Beet - a half kilogram;
  • Celery - 300 g;
  • Table vinegar - 100 grams;
  • Granulated sugar - 80 g;
  • Salt of stone - 60 g.

All the root vegetables are ground through a meat grinder, add salt, vinegar, sugar. Boil half a liter of water and pour it into the workpiece. Mass thoroughly mix, pack in jars and cork. Keep the seasoning in a cool place.
