Homemade lean toasts

Postal bagels to taste something like those that are prepared from puff pastry. They are very fragrant and crunchy. And to bake them does not take much time and effort.

Variant with soda

Process description

Option with pressed yeast

By the technology described below, you can make a delicious homemade dessert relatively quickly. Due to the fact that such lean rolls do not contain a single gram of milk or butter, even those who follow their figure can eat them peacefully. For the preparation of such baking you will need:

  • A glass of warm water.
  • 30 grams of pressed yeast.
  • A tablespoon of sugar.
  • 3 cups of white wheat flour.
  • 100 milliliters of refined sunflower oil.
  • A glass of apple jam.
  • A pinch of salt.

Sequencing

Yeast is dissolved in warm water. There, add sugar and a pinch of salt. All this is poured into a deep bowl filled with half of the sifted flour available. All is well mixed and combined with vegetable oil.

The resulting dough does not need to be left to fit. It rises in the process of kneading and cutting. Therefore, it is immediately laid out on a flat surface and divided into three approximately equal parts. Each piece is rolled into a circle no more than five millimeters thick and cut into eight sectors. On a wide edge, put a teaspoon of apple jam, well fix the sides and fold into rolls.

The resulting semi-finished products are transferred to a baking sheet and put in the oven. Bake fasteners with jam at a hundred and eighty degrees. Approximately in half an hour they are checked for readiness and pulled out of the oven. Before serving, the products are slightly cooled and sprinkled with powdered sugar. Such bagels can be eaten dry. But they are especially good with strong tea, fragrant coffee or warm milk.

Option with high-speed yeast

This recipe of lepheribs is as simple as possible. Therefore, it is easily mastered by a beginner mistress who did not have experience with the yeast test. Before starting the process, make sure that you have all the required products in your home. In this situation, you will need:

  • ¾ cup of warm water.
  • A couple tablespoons of sugar.
  • 4 cups of wheat flour.
  • A teaspoon of fast-acting dry yeast.
  • 100 milliliters of refined lean oil.

All this is necessary for kneading the dough. To prepare a filling, you should additionally have in your kitchen:

  • 150 grams of halva.
  • ¼ cup raisins.
  • A tablespoon of sugar.
  • A pair of ripe apples.
  • ½ cup any nuts.

Algorithm of preparation

Pour yeast and half a glass of flour into warm water. All mix and clean in a secluded warm place. Half an hour later, the uplifted spoon is combined with the remaining sifted flour, lean oil and sugar. All are vigorously kneaded to homogeneity. Formed soft elastic dough cover with a clean cloth and leave to go.
