Even the most inveterate opponents of alcohol can not but admit that in small quantities red dry wine is very useful for the body. It increases the human immunity, promotes the normalization of hemoglobin, stimulates digestion and cardiac muscle. However, it is very important not to overdo it, because all the same grape wine, the recipe for cooking which you read at home, is alcohol. And do not get involved in it. But here's "skip" a glass of wine for a festive dinner - it's not only tasty, nice, but also useful.

Unfortunately, most of those alcoholic drinks that we can buy in the store, in its composition, practically do not have any useful substances. This also concerns wine. Indeed a quality drink costs good money, and even then there is not always a guarantee that the information labeled on the label is true. Another matter is grape wine, the recipe of which is stored for decades in the family. He is treated to expensive guests, he is drunk on holidays and on a glass to the mood, enjoying an amazing taste and a rich bouquet. You can have your own recipe for home grape wine (if you do not already have one), taking the following as the basis.

Experienced winemakers claim that for this drink you need to use only the so-called wine grape varieties. In our region, the berry "Isabella Blue" is very popular when making a home beverage. This grapes is very unpretentious. It feels good with our not very high air temperatures, ripens in early-mid October, which allows each time to a New Year's Eve to savor a drink of a new crop.

So, grape wine, the recipe of which is based on the berry of this variety, is made of fruits that are previously separated from branches and leaves. This process is painstaking, but it is necessary if you want to get a clean, with an unmotivated taste, a drink. The berries are placed in a large container and squeezed out of the juice. Some do it with their feet, tramping on grapes for a long time. You can do this with the help of the usual flea market, which is in every house and is used to make mashed potatoes.

Then grape juice is separated from the cake, straining through a cheesecloth or colander with small holes. Further, this precious liquid is placed in a large bottle, filling only two thirds of the container. Then the dishes are carefully clogged (to the full tightness) with a cork with a tube, through which carbon dioxide will escape from the fermentation of the drink. Preliminary blowing a tube, it is lowered into a bowl with water.

Grape wine, the recipe of which is considered classic, should "play" at a temperature of +5 degrees Celsius for 2-3 months. Having drained it after this time, you can already enjoy a real high-quality drink. It will be a dry wine, a strength of about five degrees. All the useful substances of grapes in this drink are kept as much as possible.

And how to make grape wine at home more robust? In the same way, only longer. In ready-made dry house wine you need to add sugar (from 50 to 200 grams per liter of liquid). The more it is, the stronger and sweeter the drink. Pour the liquid into the same, previously washed, container, close the cork with a tube, and leave "play" for another month. Then pour home wine (13-15 degrees) in bottles, store it in the refrigerator or cellar and enjoy the wonderful taste of the intoxicating drink.
