1. Chop the cucumber and ham with straw. Spread in a plate.

2. In the bowl, mix mayonnaise with mustard.

3. Take the buns, cut off the tops and take out the pulp. The bottom is greased with mustard-mayonnaise mixture. Then spread out pieces of ham and cucumber.

4. We lubricate the pan with oil. We put "stuffed" buns. Above each of them we break 2-3 quail eggs. Send the sandwiches with the egg in the oven. The baking time is 5-7 minutes (at 200 degrees). Before serving, sprinkle each sandwich with chopped greens. Have a nice appetite!

A recipe for sandwiches with eggs, cheese and garlic

Grocery set (based on 6 servings):

  • 6 tbsp. L. Butter;
  • 150 g of black bread;
  • 3 cloves garlic;
  • Some hard cheese;
  • 6 eggs.

Practical part

Bread is cut into slices, the thickness of which does not exceed 1 cm. Now you need to peel the garlic. We take slices of bread. Each of them rubbed with garlic and butter. Separate the proteins from the yolks, put in a blender and whisk. Should be a magnificent foam. We spread on the whipped whipped proteins, crushed yolks and grated cheese. Sandwiches are not ready yet. Put them on a baking tray and send to the oven. The cooking time is 3-5 minutes (at 180 degrees). The dish is served hot. As decoration, chopped greens are used.

Option 1 - with hard cheese

Necessary ingredients:

  • butter;
  • Several slices of white bread;
  • 2-3 eggs;
  • Hard cheese of any sort.

Preparation:

1. Take the butter and spread it on slices of bread.

2. Eggs need to be hard boiled. We cut them in circles.

3. Let's start grinding the cheese. You can use a small or large grater for this.

The second option - with melted cheese

Sandwiches with egg and sausage

Products (6 servings):

  • 150 g fresh tomatoes;
  • 12 quail eggs (or 6 chicken eggs);
  • A loaf of white bread;
  • 6 pieces of sausage (you can take a meat cut);
  • spice.

Cooking process:

1. Cut the loaf into 10-12 slices. At half of the pieces, remove the crumb. In this dish, it is no longer useful.

2. We put whole slices of bread on a baking tray. Between them should be a sufficient distance.

3. For each piece, put sausage or meat cut. From above we cover with a "frame", that is bread without crumb.

4. Fill the formed cavity with the egg. On top, you need to put a slice of tomato. Solim and sprinkle with your favorite spices.

5. Preheat the oven to 180 °. We send sandwiches to it for 20-15 minutes. After the time, we take out the dish, we enjoy its inviting fragrance and unsurpassed taste.
