German women will be forced to admit to all love relationships

The law will stand up for fathers' defense

World practice knows many cases when the establishment of paternity is required not only to protect the rights of the child and mother, but also the father. In this case, it will be just how to protect men from false information, because of which they are forced to keep other people's children, in fact having no relation to them.

The Ministry of Justice of Germany has prepared a bill according to which the mother is obliged to disclose the whole truth about the birth of the child. This will be a very tough law, and it is not yet known whether they will accept it in a democratic society. The essence of it is that a woman should tell what kind of love relationships she had during marriage, at least at the time of conception of the child. At the same time, she will have to provide the inspecting authorities with all the data of her lover, so that the forensic examination can check all applicants for paternity.

This measure will be applied to the suit of those people who financially supported the child, considering him a native, but because of some doubts they decided to seek protection in court. However, the legislation does not immediately go to deprive the child of support. It considers it possible to find a biological father and thus restore justice, freeing from the illegal burden of "false" fathers and obliging the biological to take care of their children. However, it does not matter in what relationship at the moment they are with the mother of the child.

And the mother's right?

Of course, women's rights will also be taken care of. First of all, she has the right to silence "for good reasons." And the reasons, as you know, can be different. As Justice Minister Heiko Maas put it, the new measure should not infringe on anyone's interests, but help to obtain financial compensation for those with whom alimony was held illegally, and for children who should not remain without support. But for this, the mother must also cooperate with the court, providing information about the person with whom she had an intimate relationship during the conception of the child.

And does it really work? Imagine, yes. The law may still not have entered into full force, but there were precedents when men managed to return the money spent on someone else's child.

Under the current law

In Germany, the procedure for establishing paternity is tightly regulated. According to the law, the fence and examination of the biological material of the carrier of DNA - hair, blood, nails, etc., is considered a crime, without the consent of the inspected person. Genetic material is personal property of a person, which means that it is inviolable. In addition, the law takes into account the psychological well-being of children. Undoubtedly, all these movements, and then the news that his father is not really a father, is a huge trauma to the child's psyche.

Total, by law, you can only act legally. One of the parents can apply. But the incident is that both of them can refuse to deposit DNA. If the child's health is also in doubt, then the procedure can be postponed indefinitely.
