Quarter "Europe"

One of the most famous projects of the construction company is the residential complex called "Quarter Europe", which is located in the Eastern District of the Moscow Region (Balashikha). The work of the company was carried out by OOO Elit Kom, and delivery with a certain delay from the initial period was scheduled for the second quarter of 2015.

If we talk about the infrastructure of Balashikha itself, then it is worth noting the mass of houses of culture and creativity, a unique museum of local lore, and all kinds of schools and medical centers. Among other things, there are swimming pools, stadiums, a cinema, sports grounds, as well as shopping centers and megamarkets for entertainment.

At the moment it is planned to put into operation the first stage of the motor road "MKAD-Noginsk-Orekhovo-Zuevo", which will provide an additional link to Moscow in the Zheleznodorozhny district, as well as provide a lot of advantages in terms of moving to the capital. Also in accordance with the plans for the development of the Moscow Metro in 2017 will be put into operation an additional metro station "Nekrasovka", which is located just over three kilometers from the residential complex "New Pavlino."
