Half a glass of milk, 1 glass of wheat flour. In addition, 150 grams of butter, you need a bank of condensed milk, as well as 2 tablespoons of sugar powder, 1 lemon, 25 grams of almonds, 100 grams of prunes, a packet of vanilla sugar, a packet of jelly, 100 grams of berries (of your choice), 1 A package of baking powder and 15 grams of gelatin.

The fruit cake (recipe) is made as follows: first we prepare a biscuit. For the test, you need to beat three eggs. Then add sugar to them and beat with a mixer until it dissolves completely. The amount of liquid should be doubled after whipping. Sift the flour, fill it with dough, then add the vanilla sugar. If you do not have a baking powder, you can use the old grandmother's method - add a half of a teaspoon of soda vinegar, which is extinguished by vinegar.

Next, the yolks (the remaining 2 eggs) are separated from the proteins. Yogurt we rub with half of sugar for a souffle (1/4 glasses). Then you need to wipe the cottage cheese through a sieve to make it creamy. Then add to it 150 grams of butter and carefully mix the resulting consistency. There we add yolks. Then beat the whites into the foam, and pour them in there.

Gelatin must be dissolved. To do this, we recommend that you warm it up. After the gelatin has dissolved and cooled, pour it into the same mixture.
