From a different angle: a funny photo project about a different view of the sights

If you recently visited the world's most famous landmarks, you must have faced a situation where it was not easy for you to make a good photo. After all, in such places usually a lot of tourists with cameras and telephones, trying to make a successful shot. However, one photographer came up with a way to capture a memorable place, but at the same time avoid the crowd. He just changed the camera angle!

This idea came to the head of the photographer from Great Britain Oliver Curtis in 2012. At that time he inspected the pyramids of Giza. On the eyes of Oliver caught a newly equipped golf course, which is very contrasted with structures that number several thousand years. At first glance, there is nothing outstanding about this. However, Curtis found this combination very interesting and decided to shoot world famous sights from unusual angles. We propose to continue to look at what happened.

Unexpected view

On the main photo you can see the Taj Mahal in India.

From the viewing platform of the statue of Christ the Redeemer, which is located in the Brazilian Rio de Janeiro, even from a different angle the view opens tremendously.

It seems to be near the "Mona Lisa" (Louvre, Paris), but there is no crowd of tourists.

The Pantheon (Athens, Greece) looks very intriguing under this angle.

Mark's Square in Venice is difficult to not even recognize in this perspective.
