Enterprise Standard

To date, the document, which confirms the stability and prospects of the enterprise, is not only a business plan and reporting. The most important is the enterprise standard that determines the compliance of the quality management with the established ISO 9001 standard. A competent approach to such a system allows obtaining a certain number of advantages (this increases the manageability of the company, the quality and competitiveness of products, and reduces production costs). Quality management at the enterprise (QMS) is a system designed to ensure efficient work, especially in the field of quality management of commodity products. To build such a system, the following elements are necessary:

- a document in which the tasks and objectives of the QMS are fixed;

- normative documents, which describe and regulate the entire business process of the enterprise's activity in the QMS sphere;

- the corresponding system of complementary processes;

- mechanism for the implementation of established requirements, regulated by the regulatory framework;

- trained staff of the company.

The quality system of the enterprise implies various methods of control. Any manufacturer in its work provides that all incoming materials, components, semi-finished products are not used and not processed until the moment of passing the inspection (control), which corresponds to the plan for quality and other technical documentation. All products that arrive on urgent orders must be registered and identified. Then, if it is found to be inconsistent with the standards, you can immediately replace it or return it. The production control at the enterprise provides:

- continuous monitoring of all technological processes and their regulation;

- verification, identification and testing of products in accordance with the established quality plan and other regulatory documents;

- the delay in the delivery of products until the completion of all required control and testing processes, with the receipt of reports on their results;

- identification of all substandard products.

The enterprise standard (abbreviated STP) establishes requirements for each specific type of commodity output, service, and work. It is developed by a certain legal or natural person and is used by him, from the moment of putting into operation until the date of replacement or cancellation. The enterprise standard is created with the purpose of development, actualization and maintenance of organizational-methodical, normative and other types of documentation that comply with international standards.

The STP specifies the powers, responsibilities and relationships of the management personnel, which performs, verifies and analyzes the activities of the organization. The standard of the enterprise is developed both for individual elements of the QMS, and for the whole sequence of actions, which refers directly to several such elements. This function is performed by the heads of the existing structural subdivisions with all specialists engaged directly in this type of activity. Quite often the enterprise standard is developed again with changes in the structure of the enterprise, the appearance of new divisions in the enterprise.

The enterprise standard includes the following sections: title and approving sheets; content; Purpose; Sphere (area) of application; Definitions, abbreviations, designations; Normative references; Description of the procedure; a responsibility; attachment; Sheets of approval and registration of changes.

The procedure for developing the enterprise standard:

1. Preparation of a preliminary draft.

2. Approval, decision on finalizing the preliminary draft.

3. Preparation, acceptance and approval of the final draft.

4. Approval of the STP.
