• The line is wound on a reel, and its ends are passed into the rings of the rod;
• Measuring from the tip of the rod is 0.5-1 m and at this distance the line is folded twice, making a knot;
• The loop is attached to the resulting loop;
• The leash (0.4-0.6 m) with the hook is tied to the remaining length of the line.

It is important to consider that the length of the leash should be slightly larger than the length of the line that leads to the feeder.

Select line

Picking with light snapping assumes the presence of a monofilament line. It is convenient in that it has minimal friction, passing through the rings of the rod. If a heavy feeder tackle is used, preference is given to the braided cord, although a monofilament is still used for the leash.

Nevertheless, various types of rigging, connected by monofilament or braided line, do not satisfy many. That's why experienced fishermen often use a tackle with an anti-twist. It is a small plastic tube bent in such a way that one part of it is shorter than the other, and a metal loop is attached to the bend to which the fastener is attached.

Feeder installation using an anti- winding device

This option is used for catching in places where the bottom of the reservoir with rocks and shells can cut the line or damage the rigging with the feeder. It makes it possible to avoid breaking the line or braided cord, as well as to prevent ruffling of the latter.

Knit it can be on a separate piece of monofilament or braided cord, and then using a fastener to connect to the main line. Or mount all the components directly on the working line.

Winter English Donka

Fishing in the winter season has a number of features, since it is difficult to dissolve ice from the ice and put the bottom tackle on the bottom. Accordingly, the differences will have an English donka. Its installation is somewhat complicated.

The bottom gear includes two sliding sinkers. The first should be easy (5-8 g). It is designed to let the tackle go with the flow. The second - heavy (25-30 g) - serves to put the tackle on the bottom. The sinker moves freely along the line to special limiters, which are carbines or lead shot.

The English donkey in winter should have 3 leashes. One of them is placed below the light sinker at the end of the Donkey, and the remaining two are above the lightweight sinker, at a distance of 30 cm and 60 cm.

Throw such a donkey, too, in a special way. First, hooks are put on the bait, and then, holding the heavy sinker and slowly squeezing the fishing line, the tackle is gently lowered into the hole. Meanwhile, an easy sinker with leashes current will carry from the hole. And only when the fishing line reaches at least 5 meters, a heavy sinker can be lowered into the hole.

You can shoot the fishing line and for a long length, after which again lower the sinker and start pulling the tackle. This creates an opportunity along the current to catch a significant territory.
