To make a dough on sour cream for this pie, you need a glass of this fermented milk product. In addition to sour cream, you will need margarine (butter) - 1 standard packet, 3 tbsp flour, 200 ml volume, eggs - 4 pcs., Soda - 1 tsp. Or baking powder - 0.5 packs.

In Georgian cuisine, this traditional pie is prepared on the basis of the national sour-milk product matsoni. This is a direct relative of our kefir. But the dough on sour cream is prepared easier, it costs less and tastes no worse than the original. Based on this recipe, you can also cook cheesecakes with cottage cheese.
