Director, actor, screenwriter Mikhail Shevchuk - a man of art

Russian director Mikhail Shevchuk, who tried his hand at the hypostasis of an actor and screenwriter, was born in early February 1968. Only in 2005, he made his debut as a stage director, in the Russian Youth Theater Shevchuk classics - the play "Romeo and Juliet" by the greatest genius of literary works Shakespeare. Since 2005, Mikhail Shevchuk is engaged in film directing.

Based on the classics of the genre

In 2015, Mikhail Shevchuk - director, who practiced on multi-series projects, shoots the comedy "Escape, catch up, fall in love" based on the legendary comedy "The Caucasian Captive" by the canonical director with the world name Gaidai. According to Shevchuk, he presented to the viewer a completely different story with all the components of the genre. Michael's brainchild is neither a remake nor a sequel to Gaidai's immortal comedy.

In 2016, the director shoots a musical melodrama about the love passions raging around the filming of the dance film of the Italian director under the eloquent title "Dance with me." The main choreographer of the tape is the famous British choreographer Paul Domain. And for locations Shevchuk used not only Moscow streets, but also the amazing places of the capital of Bulgaria in the city of Sofia. The brainchild of Michael somewhat echoes the work of Anne Fletcher "Step forward", which is only the slogan: "Step forward towards love."
