Wipe the pumpkin and cut into cubes. Put it in boiling water and cook until it becomes soft. Separately, mix dill, vinegar and a tablespoon of water, bring to a boil. Stir margarine and flour. Then pour the broth into them and add the sour cream. From this mixture, cook the sauce. At the very end of the cooking, mix dill. The sauce should eventually boil. Add the lemon juice. Once the sauce is ready, put a hot pumpkin to it. Serve the dish as a side dish to the meat.

Dishes from Pumpkin Lenten with Baked Meat

Take 600 grams of gourd, 3 eggs, 500 grams of any meat, salt, a glass of flour, vegetable oil or other fat without a strong odor, 1 onion, 40 g margarine, black pepper. Peel the pumpkin from the peel, as well as from the seeds. Cut it into slices and salt. Each slice first roll in flour, and then in eggs.
