History

On November 27, 1996, the Ministry of Labor and Social Development of the Russian Federation approved its position as an "expert in the valuation of all types of property", or simply an "appraiser". Further, already on the leading Internet portal of all Russian appraisers, participants were invited to make November 27 a professional holiday.

Since 1999, the Day of the Appraiser is celebrated throughout the twenty-seventh of November.
