The same can be said about a person who is scrupulous in matters of negative influence of the environment. Too much concern about exhausts, sewage, chemically treated foods, carcinogens and toxins leads to paralysis of will. As a result, a zealous fighter for the cleanliness of the environment and his own health is unable to take any measures aimed at combating external aggressors. And this means that only a rational approach to business will bring benefits. Dosed anxiety will help you, which will not paralyze your will.

In a study conducted in 2015 by members of the University of California, students from among future lawyers participated. Participants who were more worried did get lower scores for the exam. However, this failure did not unsettle them. On the contrary, they were ready to respond more productively in comparison with those who did not expect failure. In fact, more restless students immediately accepted the challenge. They were ready in advance for a fiasco and have already developed a detailed plan for changing the situation. Well, those who were not so tense before the difficult exam, had no thoughts about how they will act further.

Researchers believe that anxiety can be an important step on the road to what is called "pragmatic love" in psychology. This term means thinking about the future, which can inspire a person to practice. A healthy share of anxiety makes you think about all possible variants of the development of events.
