Daugavpils: sights and interesting facts

A beautiful ancient city, located on the Daugava River, appeared in the thirteenth century as a castle of the Master of the Livonian Order. For centuries, was subjected to siege and destruction, rebuilt, changed the name. Daugavpils Fortress
