Description of the device

Then the crushed mixture is screened off with a screen and sent to the diffuser chamber. After that, the feed additive passes the drying stage in the venting chamber and is fed into the feed mixing section by means of a pneumatic system.

Procedure:

1. Making a working chamber. For this, the metal sheet needs to be bent in the form of a ring-shaped body. The dimensions are 220 × 40 mm. Bend the edges of the part outward about 1 cm to form flanges for securing the screen and the base.
2. Execution of the unit. On the plywood sheet, fasten the motor, so that the shaft of rotation passes into the hole downward by 40 mm. On the threaded shank of the shaft, a knife-plate is fastened with a washer, nut, bushing and pins.
3. A sieve or perforated sheets, the diameter of which is adjusted, is put on a suitably sized container.
4. On top of the installation cover the engine with a knife.
