Is there really a creamy beer, if so, is it possible to cook it for us - mere mortals and not at all fairy-tale heroes? In a saucepan, mix the ale, nutmeg, cloves and ginger, put on fire and warm slightly. Sugar and yolks whisk and pour into a saucepan. It is necessary to constantly stir and heat the liquid until it begins to thicken. Then drive in oil, foam and pour over the cups.

There are still many recipes for a creamy drink, for example, one in which there is beer and sour cream. To do this, you will need to buy a bottle of light beer, but from it we will need only 3/4 parts. Thick sour cream in the amount of one glass, less than half a cup of sugar, 2 or 3 raw yolks, 200 grams of cottage cheese, butter and a slice of bread.
