Who sets the prices?

MRC for cigarettes is established by the Federal Tax Service - the Federal Tax Service. Also, the new law "On Restriction of Tobacco Smoking" speaks of the prohibition of the sale of tobacco products without marking with the date of manufacture and the MRC. This applies not only to cigarettes, but also to alcohol products, which entailed a momentary fear that officials will also raise prices for these products.
