Dough without eggs is made on sour cream. Half-cups of butter mixed with half a cup of ordinary sugar and a sachet of vanilla, add a little salt. All grind until a homogeneous mass is formed.

Mix 50 ml of sour cream with 1/3 of a small spoonful of soda, then pour it into the oil. Beat with a mixer or just mix well. Add a glass of wheat flour.

The pan should be greased with oil, put the dough on its center and straight out there roll it into a layer of millimeters at seven. Cut the dough into rhombuses. Mix sugar and cinnamon in any desired proportions, sprinkle with a mixture of biscuits.

Sift 200 grams of flour (it is better to do this a couple of times), mix flour with 200 grams of cottage cheese, half a pack of butter (softened), half a cup of sugar and a pinch of salt. As a result, the dough should become slightly sticky and soft.

Roll out the dough on a table, previously covered with parchment paper, not more than 0.5 cm thick. Using a conventional glass, cut out the round cakes. On one cake lay out dried apricots, in the second cover and tear the edges. Bake for no more than half an hour.

Melt half a tile of chocolate on a water bath and pour on it or simply smear the already cooked hot biscuit with a spoon. If desired, sprinkle with chopped nuts.
