We take a glass of kefir, manga and sugar, two or three eggs, half a pan of margarine or butter, a glass of flour, a half teaspoons of baking powder and vanillin.

In a separate container, mix the mango and kefir and leave to swell for half an hour. Melt margarine, you can do it right in the multivark, at the same time, and smash the cup. Whisk eggs with sugar, salt and vanilla. We pour in the swollen manga and melted margarine. We beat the dough well and pour it into the bowl of the multivarker. Turn on the baking mode and cook the manney for about an hour until it is covered with a golden crust. Taking it out of the multivark and recovering slightly from the rapture, you can sprinkle the dessert with sugar powder, cut it into cakes or layer with cream or jam. In any form it will be simply magnificent, you will slay your relatives on the spot!

Mannick with cabbage in the multivark

Omelette, as in kindergarten

After testing the second mannika recipe in the multivark, let's prepare an omelet for the curtain . The whole secret of this amazing omelet in the ratio of the number of eggs and milk. And in their quality, of course. For five eggs we take half a liter of whole milk, salt and greens to taste. Slightly stirring the eggs, pour the milk into them and mix. We add salt and greens. Do not need to beat the eggs in the foam, it is doubtful that the cooks, preparing an omelet for several hundred children, were able to do it! In the oiled bowl of the multivark pour out our egg chatterbox, set the baking regime and wait for twenty minutes, periodically peeping. When the omelet is finally thickened, you can pull it out.
