Chisinau Airport: how to get there

The airport of Chisinau is the main airport of Moldova. The only international air harbor in the country. Chisinau Airport is the base airport for Air Moldova, which performs the main number of flights.

Airport - Chisinau: how to get to the city center

The airport is at a distance of 13 km from the city. You can get from the airport to the city center by your own car, public transport or taxi.

A taxi from the airport to the Southern or Northern train station will cost more - from 100 to 120 lei (6-7 €). From the South Bus Station depart regular buses to Ialoveni, Hincesti, Cahul, Cantemir and Leova. From the Northern Station buses go to Orhei, Balti, Soroca and Briceni.

It is possible to book a taxi directly from the airport to other cities of Moldova, in this case the price is calculated on the basis of 5 lei per km.

Public transport

Public transport from the airport to Chisinau is the city bus Express A and city minibus taxi No. 165.
