Of these products, we will make dough. To prepare the sauce, we need two cloves of garlic, two tablespoons of olive oil, 800 grams of tomatoes, salt and black pepper - to taste. For the filling of pizza we will use two types of cheese, ground beforehand on a grater, - parmesan - a quarter of a glass and mozzarella - 3 cups.

Instructions

First, let's do the test. To do this, combine flour, salt and yeast. Stirring. Then pour water and olive oil. Stir to a homogeneous consistency. If the dough turns out too sticky, then you can add a little more flour. Now it must be put on the flour-poured working surface and crumpled. Then shift the dough into a slightly buttered bowl, cover with a towel and leave for about an hour and a half in a warm place for lifting.

Since cheese pizza, the recipe of which we are considering, should be prepared with sauce, we will prepare it. Grind the garlic. We spread it together with olive oil in the pan. We put on a small fire and heat 1-2 minutes. Pre-peeled and sliced tomatoes are then also laid out in a frying pan. We prepare the sauce, stirring constantly, until it thickens. This will take about a quarter of an hour. After that, salt and pepper it and remove it from the plate.

Turn the oven on 250 degrees to get it warmed up. Approached dough knead and divide into two parts. One of them put on the table, and the second we return to the bowl and cover with a towel. Roll out the dough lined on the work surface in a circle. Its diameter should be about 35 centimeters. The pan is covered with parchment or oiled and gently we shift the pizza base onto it . It is most convenient to do this by wrapping a rolled circle of dough on a rolling pin. We smear one centimeter from the edge of the base with oil. Now lay out on the dough 1 glass of the sauce that we got. Evenly, it is distributed, not covering the buttered edges. Top with mozzarella (one and a half glasses) and Parmigiano (two tablespoons).
