Card of the enterprise: a sample for IP and LLC

The company card is the "face" of the company, so it must be filled without errors and according to a generally accepted pattern. The main purposes, the documents required for its completion, as well as a detailed analysis of the latter for LLC and IP in this article.

Purpose of the card

An enterprise card, a sample or a real one, is a kind of business card. Its main purpose is to familiarize business partners (counterparts) with this company in the most concise and informative manner. Using it, third-party organizations bring in their accounting books or databases comprehensive information about this company. Usually such a card is required only once, at the first business contact, for further cooperation, the information of personal databases is used.

For all changes related to it (change of settlement account, legal address, etc.), it is necessary to add new data to the card, and also to report this fact to counterparties.

The card of the enterprise (the sample of which is located below) is the source of information for all accounts (issued and sent), settlement operations by "non-cash", and, in addition, also invoices, documents sent to the company.

Required documents

To fill out a business card, the company's foundation documents are required. Under the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 52, refers to it:

  • A document evidencing the registration of an IP or LLC;
  • Confirmation of the company's tax registration;
  • The memorandum of association and the Articles of Association (for LLCs only).

These documents should reflect in one way or another the following:

  • name of the legal entity;
  • The type of activity that it carries out;
  • Postal address of the main office;
  • Management procedure.

Company card: sample filling

The company can make the location of the points and design of its card the way it most suits its specific activities, but all the semantic components of this list should be mentioned in the document:

  1. Full and short name of the organization.
  2. Actual bank requisites.
  3. The legal postal address of its location.
  4. The address of the official site, corporate e-mail box.
  5. Contact working phones, fax numbers.
  6. Logo, emblem or other promotional image of this company. Required to "recognize" the company on banners, in commercials, etc.
  7. The time period during which the company operates. If the company does not feel confident in the market for many years, this fact will only further place partners and customers to it.
  8. Produced products, the type of work performed, or a variety of services. The block should as much as possible concretize the mentioned, moreover it is very laconic.
  9. Another sample card of the sample enterprise includes a brief mention of data capable of producing a favorable impression: partnership with recognized corporations, cooperation with well-known persons, charitable actions. Mention of such information is optional.

Although the legislation does not strictly regulate the content of this document, concealing any mandatory item here may adversely affect the attitude of customers and counterparties to the company.

For LLC and IP

A limited liability company shall create a card once for the purpose of sending out to potential prospective counterparts. With any changes, it is not necessary to send them a new document, it's enough just to warn.

IP usually creates a card on a letterhead, thinks through its design, but the basic elements remain unchanged.
