Important role in the economy of the Russian Federation is played by large industrial enterprises engaged in the extraction and processing of valuable resources for their further realization at the surplus value.

Traditionally, the spheres of activity of such enterprises are the oil and gas sector, mining industry and, of course, timber production. About a large company that works with the extraction of valuable forest species on the territory of our country, and this article is written. We are talking about the company "Kraslesinvest", employee feedback about which we will quote here. In addition, of course, it will be told about the enterprise itself and about the specifics of its activities.

The largest investment project

It all began with the fact that back in 2006, the administration of the Krasnoyarsk Territory decided to hold a tender for the development of a significant forest area in the Boguchanskaya HPP area with further development of the territory that was created by the industrial complex. According to the idea, it will have to include an aluminum plant, a sawmill, and later - other industrial facilities. To objectively identify the investment fund, which would be engaged in such a large-scale and with this promising project, a tender tender was held in St. Petersburg. The victory was won by Vnesheconombank.

The company had to organize an enterprise that would carry out all the tasks set and at the same time act on the investment base of Vnesheconombank. So the "Kraslesinvest" CJSC was formed. The media reports testified that the first years of the project's activities will go to the organization of the sawmill base, after which in 2014 the company should begin its work.

Company for timber extraction

So it happened. Until the end of the summer of last year, as was planned in the plan, work was carried out on the construction of infrastructure for placing workers in the area of construction. In particular, as noted on the website "Kraslesinvest" (staff reviews on websites confirm this), mass construction of roads to the site of the construction of the industrial complex began, as well as the construction of places for housing. As they say on the site, in total it was possible to lay more than 200 kilometers of roads in the woods for the export of wood and the delivery of equipment. For the residence of workers, three full-fledged hotel complexes were created; 7 more will have to be created in the future. All the necessary equipment and specialists were delivered to the work site. In the summer - in the beginning of autumn of 2014, Kraslesinvest - ZAO, which was created on the basis of investment capital in the amount of 34 billion rubles (at that time 16 billion rubles was invested at that time) was launched with media resources.

Great prospects

Naturally, with such investments the project promises to be very profitable and promising. As noted in the official plans, published, again, on the company's website, a year the enterprise should cut and supply wood for sale in the amount of 4.1 million cubic meters. And all this is due to modern equipment, well-established logistics and, of course, rich reserves, which the Krasnoyarsk Territory boasts.

Plus, the fact that Kraslesinvest CJSC (Krasnoyarsk) reviews prophesied to grow into a larger company due to the beginning of work in the future on other construction projects - in particular, to start the construction of the same aluminum plant, to work on infrastructural facilities in the Boguchanskaya HPP area and In other ways to continue their development. Due to this, the company could grow to even larger sizes. Moreover, the investment potential allowed it to be done.

Construction and start-up of the project

When the actual start of the work occurred, everyone expected: "Kraslesinvest", the prophesies predicted, will become the most successful company in the region, providing a huge number of jobs; Will lead the economy of the region to a new level; Will create a new industrial park, which will also become an important object of the economy, even for the federal level. And everything, in principle, led to that - the dwelling of the first 400 employees was arranged. Some of them are workers in logging, another part is managers and project managers, wood sales specialists. Together, it should have been a team that would bring "Kraslesinvest" (reviews about it will be shown) to a new level. But in the plans no one had economic difficulties that suddenly fell on the enterprise.

In the media, as early as 2015, there were reports that salaries in the enterprise were being delayed, employees were dissatisfied, and activity (as reported by the "Kraslesinvest") ceased. Unfortunately, the veracity of these reports did not have to be doubted, since soon the leadership confirmed them, citing the lack of investment payments from VEB. In turn, representatives of Vnesheconombank noted the problems with the decision to be made by a special committee responsible for allocating funds. Against the backdrop of these problems, of course, reviews about the company "Kraslesinvest", as you might guess, will not be the best. However, we will try to characterize the enterprise in terms of its structure and vacancies in general, bypassing the topic of lack of funds.

Careers

So, as already mentioned above, the company has an office (it is located in the city of Krasnoyarsk) and the working wing - employees engaged directly in production. They are located in Boguchany.

After reading more than one review about the employer company Kraslesinvest, one can conclude: at times, there is a misunderstanding between the "coordination center" (the office where the sales are organized) and the directly executing agency-the production wing of the company. From the staff, there are many complaints about the heads of the department. Employees complain that they are incompetent professionals who are unable to solve the workflow tasks properly. For all the rest (except for salary delays, of course), there are no complaints. Pleasant bonus: the office offers a beautiful view thanks to the location.

Payment for work

If we talk about the size of the salary, which is promised at the enterprise, then there are no complaints about Kraslesinvest. Reviews about the employer from those who work in the office, indicate that they pay well (compared to other companies). At the same time, the work itself is not dusty: one must have communication skills, be an active, sociable person; To understand the specifics of trade relations related to logging and timber sales.

As for labor directly in production, here again payment is proportional to the complexity of the conditions in which a person works. Starting salary here is equal (as noted by the reviews) about 35-40 thousand rubles with full food and housing provision, as well as taking into account the provision of leave and various social guarantees. Due to this, you can confidently call this job interesting for many applicants. In the future, the fee is only growing.

Problem with management

A separate item can be devoted to the questions about the company's managers: the employees see in them almost the main problem of "Kraslesinvest". Trifonov (feedback on him, as you might guess, is not the best) is a new member of the board of directors of the company, which was appointed in early 2015. This is a young governor who came to the company allegedly for help with financial difficulties, which resulted in salary arrears. And after a few months the workers spoke of him negatively: he is a deceiver, he promised "golden mountains" and did nothing, he set the team up.

Another example is the commercial director Iskhakov. The reviews say that he is also not competent in his business: a person does not have information about the products produced by his company, not to mention some skills to sell it, negotiate with potential buyers, attract investors.

Another key person is the CEO of Harisov. Difficult financial situation

Yes, the company is clearly going through quite difficult times, it's obvious even to those who follow the situation only according to media reports. Since large funds from the Investment Fund of Russia have already been invested, no one is going to close Kraslesinvest, and there is no sense to worry about this. However, there is nothing to rejoice: further financing is not foreseen, and even with the profit from Vnesheconombank's activities, ZAO Vnesheconombank has problems: there is evidence that it does not exist. But there are reports of employees, according to which harvested wood is periodically exported from the territory of the complex in an unknown direction - and these facts are evidenced repeatedly.

As some publishers reported in the winter of 2015, after the non-payment of the salary plan, the Prosecutor's Office of the Krasnoyarsk Territory began checking to identify their causes and punish the perpetrators. However, the extent to which they helped and whether or not the violations related to the sale of the forest "to the side", which the workers themselves have repeatedly noted, are not yet known. Also, the investment council does not know how soon the bank will continue lending and will begin to allocate further funds to the Krasnoyarsk industrial complex.

Another violation related to the predicament of the company, which many reviews mention, are attempts by the authorities to force employees to go on unpaid leave. The motives for this are obvious: the fewer people at the moment are involved in the work, the slower the debt of the employer to the staff increases. However, this strategy of "saving" the leadership is also questionable: workers also need to feed their families with something. Having gone on such a vacation, they actually lose their jobs temporarily and hope that the funds will be compensated to them.

Positive sides

CJSC "Kraslesinvest", of course, is a large, promising and interesting project that could grow into a large industrial and construction holding company. The company could (and, in principle, still can - in the future) provide thousands of jobs to residents of nearby regions that saved many families from the deplorable financial situation. This would not only raise the economic potential of the region, but also the standard of living of ordinary citizens, which is also very important.

To all this contributed to several factors. These are: lending to one of the largest domestic banks; Huge economic potential, hidden in huge deposits of forest species; The possibility of further development of the region, the construction of new enterprises that could develop in a separate way. Stability, excellent working conditions, career growth and the opportunity to receive high wages - all this is the company's absolute advantages, if there were no problems with the means, as now.

disadvantages

To the negative features of Kraslesinvest (again, in addition to non-payment of salaries and frozen investment), it may be attributed, perhaps, to the insufficient competence of individuals holding executive positions. Reading the comments, you can see: most employees indicate the shortcomings of specific individuals. To write off this for some personal misunderstanding or bias is impossible: these names are mentioned by dozens of people. Perhaps investors should carefully study these individuals, conduct additional selection and more responsibly treat such appointments.
