  • Salt of coarse grinding 1.5 tsp.

By the way, this dough can be used for real pizza or for any other unsweetened baking.

For filling:

  • Canned fish in oil (for example, mackerel or horse mackerel) - 1-2 cans (depending on how much you want to get fish pizza).
  • Large onion - 1 pc.
  • Mayonnaise - 1 pack.
  • Sunflower refined deodorized oil - 2-3 tbsp. L.
  • Chicken egg - 1 pc.
  • Milk any - 2 tbsp. L.
  • Black pepper grind - to taste.

Cooking!

  • Preheat the milk to 40 degrees.
  • Pour sugar and yeast into it.
  • Leave the yeast to work with milk and sugar for 5 minutes.
  • In a separate container, mix the sifted flour, salt and baking powder.
  • Add the dry ingredients to the milk mixture and beat in the egg.
  • Mix the dough to such a state, when it no longer adheres to the hands, has a thick but not clogged consistency.
  • Let stand the test in a place without drafts for 40 minutes, before covering it with a kitchen towel.
  • Knead again.
  • Place the dough in the mold, spreading it in a thin enough layer, while raising the sides by 2 cm (if you do not have a round shape, use a frying pan with a metal handle).
  • Put the fish canned food in a bowl with the liquid and mash it with fork until it's a mildew.
  • Cut the onions into small cubes.
  • Pour the vegetable oil into a frying pan and pass the onion into it until it is golden brown.
  • Mix onions with canned fish and black pepper.
  • Lay out the filling on the pie and grease it on top with a not very thick layer of mayonnaise.
  • Whisk the egg and milk and oil this pie (and dough, and stuffing).
  • Put the pizza in a heated to 180 degree oven for about 30 minutes (you can check the readiness of the test by punching it with a match or toothpick if the match is dry - the dough is ready).

  • Fish 0.5 kg (it is advisable to take one that does not contain a lot of bones, but in the absence of such any other).
  • Boiled eggs - 3 pcs.
  • Large bulb - 1 pc.
  • Raw egg - 1 pc.
  • Lemon pepper - 1 tsp. (not necessary).
  • The salt is cooked to taste.
  • Pepper black coarse grind - to taste.
  • Mayonnaise - 4 tbsp. L.
  • Vegetable oil.

Cooking method

  • Finely chop or grind in a meat grinder fish, cleared of bones, skin and entrails.
  • We cut an onion with a small cube.

  • We fry all on intensive fire (it is necessary to stir constantly).

  • There we also send mayonnaise, salt and spices (if you want to save, you can take 300 g of fish and 200 g of boiled rice).
  • Well mix the filling.
  • We stack the puff pastry so that a quarter of one sheet lies on the second one.
  • In the middle, spread the filling strip so that the width of the strips of free dough from one side and the other is equal to the width of the filling.
  • Cut free parts across, about 5 mm before reaching the filling, on strips 2 cm.
  • We bend them over the minced meat to make a pattern that looks like a scythe.
  • Lubricate the dough with a whipped raw egg.
  • We put the pie with fish mince in the oven heated to 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes (readiness of the test is checked with a toothpick).
  • We take out the ready-made pastries and give them a "break" about 10 minutes.

For filling:

  • Saira - 2 banks.
  • Potato - 3 medium tubers.
