The recipe assumes a mandatory presence in the cream, which can be both dark and light, cocoa (chocolate) and cherry berries. For the cakes you will need: seven or eight large eggs, 3 tbsp. L. Brandy or other fragrant alcohol, a glass with a quarter of sugar and a glass with a half of self-rising flour (if you have ordinary flour, add a baking powder), 2 tbsp. L. Deodorized vegetable oil, vanilla sugar, 3 tbsp. L. Cocoa (unsweetened). The oil can be replaced by half a glass of ground almonds. To bake a cake "Drunken cherry", the recipe of which is given taking into account the baking of large cakes, a shape with a diameter of 28 cm is suitable.

Cooking dough

Mix egg whiskers (speed is maximum) for five minutes without sugar and as much with sugar. Add butter or almonds. Now you need to stir at the lowest speed, gradually introducing flour, cocoa, baking powder, brandy. Bake for 30 minutes, without opening the oven, and ten more if the sample shows that the cake is still wet with the help of a larva. Biscuit should be carefully cooled. First without taking it out of the oven, and then on the grate. Have a completely cooled biscuit with a spoon to remove the middle. Do this carefully so as not to disturb the integrity of the walls of the cake. They should not be thicker than a half centimeters, so that you get a full-fledged "Drunken Cherry". The recipe provides the preparation of cream from a pack of pudding mixture (it can be vanilla or chocolate to your taste) and a glass of cream of maximum fat content. These two components should be beaten with a mixer. Then add the cherry (two glasses) to the mixture, in advance (per day) soaked in alcohol. It should be filtered and mixed with the cream, as well as the ground biscuit (if it is dense, just cut it into cubes). Fill the filling with biscuit filling, cool it. Pour chocolate chocolate, prepared from bitter chocolate with cream, butter and brandy. Cut after prolonged cooling.
