We start to make workpieces:

1. Dial 8 beads per wire 6 cm long. To speed up the process, you can use the spinner.
2. Wrap the wire under the first 4 beads. Tighten the eyelet. There should be a leaf on each side of which there will be 4 beads. Make 6 such blanks and twist them together on one side. The other part of the wire will serve as cactus spines.
3. Cut off the excess wire, leaving 1.5 cm on one side, and 0.5-1 cm on the other.
4. It is necessary to make many such preparations. Their number depends on the diameter of the foam ball. If there is no ball, the shape for the cactus can be cut from any piece of polystyrene on its own or used as a base of plasticine.
5. Base the paint with green paint. At the bottom, insert the wand.

Assembling the product

Now you need to put the foam plastic blank in the pot. First, dilute the alabaster and pour it into the prepared container. When the mixture hardens a little, insert the stick, fixing the cactus in the container. After full drying, you can paint the top of the "soil" in brown or gray. Fill the base with beads, covering it completely - and the cactus is ready! In addition, you can decorate it with a flower on top made in the same technique.

For work you will need:

• Thin wire;
• Thick wire for connection to the base;
• Beads of three colors for petals;
• Nippers;
• Bead for the central part.

1. Dial 12 cm of yellow beads on the wire with a spinner.
2. Separate 2 cm and cut off a piece of wire - this will be the base of the flower. To it, you need to tie the rest of the wire: twist it around the center in rows, forming a petal. In one leaf there will be 5 rows. The edges need to be stretched slightly so that they turn out to be sharp. Wire the ends at the ends. Make 12 petals for the inside of the flower.
3. Now the petals turn in a slightly different shape for the next tier. You can change the color of the beads in the middle to get different shades. Then the bud will look more natural. The base remains the same color, and the beads in the next 3 rows replace with white or orange. Such petals will need 6 pieces.

We form the middle of the flower

Use a large bead as the core of the bud. Fasten it to the wire. In addition to the central part, you will need stamens of a flower. To create them, take a wire about 15 cm long. You need to type orange beads on it and fix the ends with a small bead or bugle, turning it several times. Fold the wire in half and twist it, forming two stamens. Assembling a flower for cactus

It remains to assemble the product and connect it with a cactus:

1. First attach to the central bead stamens in pairs, at the same distance from each other.
2. 12 small petals collect in bundles of two pieces, then fasten to the center. It is easier to tie them with a cotton thread, and not fasten them with a wire.
3. Next, attach the petals of the second and third tier, distributing them in staggered order.
